Deputy of Mykolaiv city council angered by journalists photographing deputies

11.08.2015, 13:21

Deputy of Mykolaiv city council Olena Kiseliova was angered by local journalists photographing and video recording the meetings of the local commission that did not have an official quorum to be legitimate. The commission was still conducting some work. According to Olena Kiseliova, though, the journalists are supposed to ask permission in these cases. In response to one of the journalists who said he was invited there, she accused him of "low ethical standards" and made some insulting remarks about how some people lack the proper upbringing "by mother and father". The head of the commission, Viktor Drobot, was surprised by Kiseliova's behavior - he had nothing against the recording conducted by the journalists.
