Court of appeal rejected claim of "112 Ukraina"

On June 8, Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal rejected the claim of a number of regional companies broadcasting under logo “112 Ukraina” and left unchanged the judgement of the first instance court as of April 20, 2016. The decision in question was related to non-adherence to the license conditions, and consequent denial to re-register licenses for broadcasting by the National Council on June 11, 2015. The companies filed the claim to the court to cancel the National Council's decision of the denial, yet the court did not agree to do so.
