On March 26, chief editor of newspaper “Ratusha” (Lviv) Mykola Savelyev, filed a complaint to the prosecutor's office and to the National Police accusing the officials of Lviv city council of starting the newspaper's transit from being state-owned without engaging its staff. He reported this in his comment for Dyvys'.info.
Savelyev mentioned that he filed a complaint with a demand to include into the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations the situation related to the media outlet of Lviv city council, after release of the resolution of the commission chaired by the head of Department of Mayor's Administration, Yevhen Boyko.
“This commission made a decision that in fact is about liquidation, not reorganization of of the newspaper "Ratusha”. One of the points of the resolution is transfer to Mr. Boyko of the seal of the Communal Enterprise of newspaper "Ratusha", which he is supposed to transfer to the state registrar”, Savelyev explained.
