Cardboard box attached to car of Donetski Novyny chief editor

Today, on September 27, in the morning, a cardboard box was attached to the car of the chief editor of Donetski Novyny. He informed about this on his Facebook page.

“Today the day started from me finding a box attached to my car, and inside there was a dildo. These are the “delicate” methods used by people who bully us”, wrote Matsuka.

In his commentary for the Institute of Mass Information, he said that he did not know who could do that.

As a reminder, on September 26 in Donetsk, unknown individuals made a graffiti on the door of a neighbor of the chief editor of Donetski Novyny Oleksiy Matsuka, with a message to the latter.

On September 24, three unknown men tried to force their way into the office of the online media outlet Donetski Novyny.

On September 16, Oleksiy Matsuka said that he and his colleague Vitaliy Syzov were under surveillance by unknown people.

He said that it started since the end of August - since they started to publish their investigation materials on corruption in the governmental agencies.
