Cabinet of Ministers approved withdrawal of illegal books from Russia and Crimea from circulation

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the withdrawal of printed media made on the territory of aggressor state, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and distributed without permission of the State Committee for Television and Radio (State Committee). The Cabinet has taken this decision during government session on April 5, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

According to the draft order, publishing products distributed in Ukraine without permition, is a subject for the State Committe removal from circulation.

The authorized persons can turn to the law enforcments in case when the entity or its representative fails to provide publishing products for its removal.
Publishing products withdrawn from circulations hall be deposited to the State Committee.
Decision on exclusion may be appealed in a court.
