Azerbaijan has declared Russian propagandist Mikhail Alexandrov, who had called for missile strikes on the country, an internationally wanted man.

Liga reports this, citing the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan.

According to the publication, Aleksandrov calls himself a "leading expert" at the Military and Political Research Center of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Speaking on one of the propaganda channels, he said that Russia needs to bomb Azerbaijan with missiles to stop the oil supply to the West and cause the price for hydrocarbon fuel to rise.

"We should shell and destroy Azerbaijan's entire oil industry and power grid. If we bomb their oil industry, they won't be able to sell oil to the West. This will cause the oil prices to spike. We should strike at their oil production facilities and power grid," he said.

In response, Baku opened a criminal case for open calls for an aggressive war through mass media, threatening a terrorist attack, and inciting national hatred.

Azerbaijan demands Aleksandrov's arrest through Interpol. Baku has sent requests to partner bodies to ensure Alexandrov's extradition in case he enters the territory of these countries.
