Armed gunmen stormed office TV and Radio Company "Donbas" and tried to close it down

On June 18, at 1 p.m. in Donetsk a group of 6-8 armed unidentified men stormed the office of the TV and Radio Company «Donbas» (Atrem Street 74) and informed that it was to close down, thus they obstructed the journalists’ lawful activities. These men also took away the company car.

The «Donbas» press service informed that the channel is operating, nobody got injured, but most staff members were asked to work from home.
