A team of Russian propagandists arrives in Ukraine illegally
A team of Russian propagandists illegally arrived in the occupied territory of Luhansk oblast under the pretext of bringing humanitarian aid.
This is evidenced by a report on the "LPR" group-controlled website LIC.
The list of those who have come under the pretext of supplying humanitarian aid includes Deputy Chairman of the Publishing Council of the Russian Orthodox Church, Hieromonk Makariy (Komogorov); Deputy Chairman of the Economic Policy Committee of the Federation Council of Russia, Konstantin Dolgov; "Spas" channel's TV presenter, Pavel Astakhov; writer, poet, director general at the International Slavic Literary Forum "Zolotoy Vityaz", Aleksandr Orlov; and "Spas" journalists.
It should be noted that, in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation, the checkpoints along the Ukrainian–Russian border in the occupied territories are closed. They are also closed in Crimea. You can only enter the occupied territories from the Ukraine-controlled side with an appropriate permit.
