"1+1" concerned by threats of Lavra Vicar and announces story on his illegal activities

The TV channel "1+1" is concerned by the threats of Vicar of Kyiv Pechersk Lavra (Moscow Patriarchy) metropolitan Pavel, and will, if necessary, defend its journalists’ rights according to the legislation of Ukraine in effect. TSN reported this message of the TV channel head office. In particular, the channel administration was troubled by the Vicar's quote where he condemns the journalists. The TV channel insists that it will continue to uncover the truth on corruption and power abuse regardless of who is the perpetrator – a politician, church representative or usual swindlers.

In particular, the TV channel announced that on September 21 in the "Hroshi" program illegal activities of the Metropolitan in question will be uncovered.
