Rubizhne newspaper “Trybun” (Luhansk oblast) received a letter from Roskomnadzor demanding to delete the news report about Russian shelling strikes of Rubizhne and Popasna.
This was reported by the editor-in-chief of “Trybun” Oleksiy Artyukh.
If the editorial office refuses, Roskomnadzor threatens to block the media in Russia.
Oleksiy Artyukh notes that “a compromise solution has been proposed.” He added a screenshot of the response of the editors, in Russian:
“We offer a compromise. There are two chairs: one with upturned pikes, the other with half-liter bottles. Which one will you sit on, and which one will you seat putin on? Russian warship, go fuck yourself! Glory to Ukraine! With contempt, the editorial board of the socio-political columnist ‘Trybun.'”
Despite the fighting in the Luhansk oblast, ‘Trybun’ does not stop working and continues to cover events in the region.
