Zelensky became second most frequently mentioned politician in Russian media after Putin
The President Volodymyr Zelensky is at second position in the ranking of political figures in terms of number of mentions in the Russian press, ranking being compiled by the Interfax news agency's Integrated News Analysis System, Radio Svoboda reported. In July, the Russian political, financial and economic media have mentioned the Ukrainian leader 155 thousand 878 times. Only Russian President Vladimir Putin had better score than Zelensky (296 thousand 957 mentions). The third place at this ranking was taken by US President Donald Trump, and the President of Petro Poroshenko was fifth in the list of mentions in Russian media. Fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych took eighth position in the raking.
