Websites of Vimmytska oblast state administration and oblast council ceased functioning

The official websites of Vinnytska oblast state administration and oblast council are out of order. Internet access for both agencies is also cut off. Both governmental agencies consider this a result of outside intervention, as they use different providers and their servers are in different locations - still, they ceased working simultaneously.
