Website of online petitions to the President under serious attack

On March 23, the website of online petitions to the President of Ukraine was under a serious attack. The Vice-head of the Presidential Administration Dmytro Shymkiv reported this during his briefing. Someone attempted to create 9500 petitions. Shymkiv thinks that the attack’s goal was to discredit the tool for online petitions, Ukrinform reports. Before, there were several similar attempts; every time the website administration was creating a new defense, and each new attack was getting around the defenses.
