Website "Buknews" under hacker attack

On May 21, the website «Buknews» (Chernivtsi region) suffered a hacker attack. According to the website editor Yuriy Chorney, the perpetrators tried to bring the website down and to get access to its server. Their attack was successfully repelled.

The editorial office is preparing a complaint to the police. They believe the attack was connected to their coverage of the city mayor electoral campaign in Chernivtsi region.
