Vinnytsia city council denied journalist information. Ombudsman’s office considers this unjustified

The Office of Parliamentary High Commissioner for Human Rights requested Vinnytsia city council to provide to the journalist of THE Public Association “Agency of Journalist investigations” Inga Fliazhnikova the information she requested, and was denied. The information was related to one of land plots where city council sanctioned construction works, and which later became the subject of litigation.
