Unidentified people threatened employee of "1+1" and sent message to anchor of "Hroshi"

27.05.2016, 15:09

On May 25 in Kyiv, unidentified men threatened one of female employees of the TV channel “1+1”. The threats related to work of the journalist of the investigation program “Hroshi” ("Money") and its host Oleksander Dubinskyi, TSN reports.

Three unidentified men in a car without number plates drove to the young woman, who exited the office of “1+1 media”, called her name and started threatening her using obscene words. According to her, the men demanded to warn Dubinskyi to “shut up”.

The administration of the TV channel “1+1” thinks that these threats are linked to the recent trip of the program “Hroshi” to Odesa, where the host interviewed local residents about their complaints and problems.

In addition, earlier Dubinskyi was conducting his own investigation related to activities of the businessmen of Odesa and their involvement into matters around the city airport, which also could be the reason why possible organizers of illegal actions are unhappy.
