The Ukrainian flag has been raised over the Kherson Oblast State Administration.
Photos of it appeared on mulitple Telegram channels, writes “Most”.
As IMI reported, mobile Internet is back in Kherson, but it is very slow and only allows you to send texts; calling the locals and talking with them has been impossible for two days now.
