Ukraine is in top 15 countries most often suffering from DDoS attacks

Ukraine made it to the top 15 countries most often suffering from DDoS attacks. This is the data of Kaspersky Lab received after processing its internal statistics for the first three months of this year. The number of DDoS attacks using botnets in Ukraine also increased compared to the same period of the previous year; the number of such attacks in this period was 122. In total in 2015, cyber-criminals conducted over 23 thousand DDoS attacks using botnets, against resources located in 76 countries. Most often, the targets were the servers on the territories of Russia, China, USA and Canada.
