"Detector Media" reported about impossibility to determine ultimate beneficiary owners of TV channel "112 Ukraina". According to the recent data, examined by "Detector Media", the ownership structure of the channel is sircular since the summer 2016.

According to the publication, the official website 112.ua doesn't show the information on the ownership structure of the channel "112 Ukraina", the publication notes, that the channel didn't show information last year too. TV channel brings information to the subsite of 112.ua portal, which in turn appears to be website for the other six entities broadcasting under logo "112 Ukraina": Ltd. "Teleradiokomapnia"TV 112", Ltd."TV Vybir", Ltd."PartnerTV", Ltd."Novyy formatTV", Ltd. "Lider TV", Ltd. "Ariadna TV".

"Only one who knows where to look can find the information as the main page 112.ua doesn't give a link to these subsites. Yet, subsites contain documents with information about the ownership structure for 2015 - not all TV channels do so, usually TV channels give the audience only the latest data for 2016,"- the publication says.
