Tuka: three TV towers in Ukraine

21.02.2017, 13:04

Deputy Minister of temporarily occupied territories George Tuka told at the briefing that three TV broadcasting towers  appear in Donbas and Kherson by the end of 2017.
In particular, the tower will be built in Pokrovsk city of Donetsk region, in the village Bahmutivka of Luhansk region and in the village Chaplynka in Kherson region.
According to Tuka, the construction of towers will be done by the expense of local budgets, as the state budget suffers from deficit and failed to lay the necessary amount for it.

Because of a lot of criticism about the slow recovery of Ukrainian broadcasting in Donbas and occupied Crimea, Tuka said that most of the time takes long conciliation procedure and not construction itself.
"This is high-tech equipment and a heavy construction project. We are doing a huge amount of paperwork - payments, approvals, authorizations," - Tuka said.
