Top manager of Ukrainian State Railroad company sues Radio Liberty for 150 thousand of compensation

First Deputy General Director of Ukrainian State Railroad company “Ukrzaliznytsia” Maksym Blank filed claim to Holosiyivskyi Rayon Court against the journalist of the investigation program “Skhemy” ("Schemes") Anastasiya Ivantsova and Kyiv Branch of Radio Liberty, as Radio Liberty website reports.

The official demands to refute the information published about him in investigation "Infrastructure for oligarch Leonid Yurushev", and to compensate him, in total, 150 thosand hryvnias, inlcuding moral damages and expenses for court procedures and attorney services. Before going to court, Deputy Director did not contact Radio Libery and did not ask to refute or rectify any information about himself.
