Three programs on TV channel "Inter" are being scrambled again

Several weeks ago, scrambling of the programs “Podrobnosti”, “Podrobnosti nedeli” and “Chernoye Zerkalo”, broadcast on the TV channel “Inter”, started again.
For example, on March 18 "Podrobnosti" disappeared in some locations in almost all oblasts of the country. Many complaints from the audience come to the central office in that regard - the typical case is when the broadcast disappears during the news or political talk shows.
According to the Security Service of Ukraine, the signal that is scrambling the broadcasts is located in Ukraine, and it is mobile. They are not disclosing other details.
