Three journalists in terrorists’ captivity – Council on National Security and Defense

Currently, there are 396 persons in the terrorists’ captivity. Among them there are three journalists. This was reported by the adviser of the Informational center under the Council on National Security and Defense Andriy Lysenko during the briefing. The Council believes among the captives there are also six politicians, a judge, and a lawyer, and others are regular local civilians. Lysenko says their fate remains unknown. According to the CNSD data, since the beginning of the conflict, the gunmen have taken 842 persons as hostages, and have agreed to release 446 of them.
Lysenko also informed that recently the terrorists abducted a Nigerian student of Luhansk University.
