On December 18, people’s deputies Oleksander Turchynov, Serhiy Pashynskyi, and Victoria Siumar registered in the parliament the draft No.1222-1 “On ban of propaganda of Communist ideology in Ukraine”.
The draft proposes to ban Communist propaganda in Ukraine, its production and/or publication, and also public use of Communist symbols, including those on souvenirs, on the entire territory of Ukraine.
