The national police made all court resolutions in the case of Sheremet murder classified

21.09.2017, 20:29
The main investigations department of the National Police restricted all court judgments in the case of murder of journalist Pavlo Sheremet, starting from July 24, 2017. This information became known from the response of the State Court Administration to the request of Ukrainian news. The reason why these data became restricted is not mentioned. As the media outlet comments, from the Unified Register of Judgments over 200 court judgments in the case of Sheremet murder were removed from open access. In particular, the court orders on disclosing to the police of information about negotiations over the phone of possible suspects of witnesses were all rendered classified. As IMI reported before, Pavlo Sheremet was killed in Kyiv on July 20, 2016, as a result of explosion in the car he was in. The car belonged to the head of “Ukrainska pravda” online media outlet, Olena Prytula, and she was not in the car then.
