The court assigned tax audit for TV channel 1+1

Pecherskyi district court of Kyiv city satisfied the request of the General Prosecutor's office and assigned tax audit for the TV channel “1+1”. This was reported in the court judgment as of September 18, “Ukrainski novyny” report. According to the resolution, the TV channel will be audited for timely and complete payment of all taxes and levies stipulated by the Tax Code of Ukraine, and also for compliance with foreign currency laws and other legislation in their business relations with counteragents for the period from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2016. The audiet will be conducted by the officials of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. The unscheduled audit will be conducted within ten days. The judgment cannot be withdrawn by any appeals.
