Terrorists detain local resident for making photos or video

On the territories of Donetska and Luhanska oblasts controlled by the terrorists, they detain local residents for making photos or filming videos on their phones. This was reported on Facebook by the head of the Center of military and political research "Informational Resistance" Dmytro Tymchuk. According to him, it is of no importance what exactly these people are filming – the very fact of using their photo camera is enough for the terrorists.
