On the 26th of January, the Holoseevsky district court in Kyiv placed the persons suspected to be authors of assault against the journalists for StopCor under the house arres,as to the web-site of National police. Thus, the suspects must stay at the actual residence from 9 p.m. till 7 a.m.
As to police, the assault occurred in Holoseevsky district in Kyiv on the 24th of January, when a group of unknown persons assaulted the filming crew of StopCor who tried to film the illegal extraction of sand. The police detained 9 persons and seized several arms, cold steel, an axe, pepper spray projectiles. Seven persons are under suspicion of robbery with violence of Criminal code of Ukraine. They risk up to 10 years of imprisonment.
