Superior of Mykolaiv municipal hospital refused to reply to "Prestupnosti.net” request for information

The director of the municipal non-profit enterprise "The Mykolaiv regional center of treatment of infectious diseases" Svitlana Fedorova didn't provide to the journalist of the edition "Prestupnosti.net” (No Crime) Yulia Akimova the information she had requested.

On October 20, the correspondent sent a request for information to Svitlana Fedorova, director of the Mykolayiv Regional Center for the Treatment of Infectious Diseases, asking for a copy of the contract signed with the Mykolayiv Regional Council, under which she holds the position of hospital director. The journalist also asked to provide as well copies of the annexes that are part of the contract.

On October 26, Svitlana Fedorova, responding to an request of information, said that the contract on her appointment to the position of director of the hospital with the Mykolayiv Regional Council was concluded on September 25, 2020. However, she did not provide a copy of the relevant document, inviting the journalist to address a request to the Mykolayiv Regional Council.

"A copy of this contract can be requested from the specialists of the Mykolayiv Regional Council," – she said in the replying letter.

Yulia Akimova, told IMI that she had sent a second request to the head of the Mykolayiv Regional Council, Victoria Moskalenko and the director of the Mykolayiv Regional Center for Infectious Diseases, to provide copies of the documents.
