Sumy TV and Radio Company "Vidikon" claims it was cut off from broadcasting

Sumy TV and Radio Company "Vidikon” accuses the RRT Concern of unlawful termination since April 1 of broadcasting of its programs for Sumska oblast. This was reported on the company’s website.

The RRT Concern is a monopolist on the market of maintenance and operation of networks of TV and radio broadcasting. “Vidikon” agreed to the Concern’s onerous conditions and met all the demands. It sent its signed copy of the contract with the new rates for the services in time but the director of the local branch of RRT made a phone call to the company and told them to backdate the contact since December 31, 2014. The company refused, and on the next day, April 1, its broadcasting ceased.
