STB continues to break laws on protection of children from harmful content – Independent Media Council

Independent Media Council, after analyzing over 60 hours of broadcasts of entertainment shows “|My beloved, we are killing the kids”, “I am ashamed of my body”, “Combat of Psychics”, “Psychics investigate”, “Mystic stories”, broadcasted at STB channel, identified violations of the second part of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Television and Radio Broadcasting” (ban on unreasonable show of violence) and article 20 of the Law of Ukraine “On advertisement” (ban to harm children from moral or physical perspectives during the advertisement), “Detector media” reports.
