01.10.2014, 23:31

The staff of the Crimean Tatar department of the State TV and Radio Company «Krym», who were fired as a part of the restructuring, intend to challenge the decision in court. Krym.Realii reported this with the reference to the journalists Arzy Selimova and Ediye Mamutov.

The staff learnt about the dismissal last week. One of those fired, editor Arzy Selimova, reported that along with her, several others have been fired, and, namely, Zure Pinka, Elmaz Veliyeva, Suriye Ibragimva, Ediye Mamutova and Aider Yagyayev. These people have been the skeleton crew of the department.

The trade union of the State TV and Radio Company «Krym» believes the dismissal decision was unlawful and intends to challenge it in court.
