State Fiscal Service conducts pre-trial investigation on TV channel «112 Ukraine»

The State Fiscal Service conducts a pre-trial investigation on the criminal case against the TV channel «112 Ukraina». The TV channel broadcast this news itself.

According to the data presented by the channel, the official reason for conducting the investigation was the State Financial Monitoring Service’ materials on investment to the registered capital of the companies affiliated with the group «112 Ukraina».

The channel also claims that the Fiscal Service already has a court-issued permission for temporary access to its hardware and equipment, and can seize them at any time. They expect a full-scale search with confiscation of office equipment and computers.
