Spotify forms a council to combat harmful content

On June 13, Spotify Technology SA announced the formation of a Safety Advisory Council to combat harmful content.

Spotify continues to to deal with harmful content on its audio streaming service. The company began making additional efforts to resolve this issue after backlash earlier this year over "The Joe Rogan Experience." The podcaster was accused of spreading misinformation about COVID-19.
