Skrypin promised to transfer many to "Hromadske", but will not give domain name for free

21.01.2016, 01:25

Co-founder and former head of board of Public Association “Hromadske TV” Roman Skrypin stated that he is ready to provide financial reports as Supervisory Council of the PA demands, and to transfer them the money that were donated to his account. He wrote about this in his Facebook entry in response to accusations of the Supervisory Council, which claims that he arranged exclusive control over part of the organization's finances. He admitted that indeed, there were several issues with his PayPal account, as it was set up at the times of Yanukovych, who could have the official accounts of Hromadske  arrested at any time, so the donations were collected to Skrypin's personal account abroad (as PayPal could not, and still cannot work in Ukraine). At the same time Skrypin said that he refuses to give the domain name hromadske.tv (registered to his name officially) to Hromadske for free. He hinted that he is ready to sell or lease the domain to them.
