On July 25, Channel 5 received the six this month message about a bomb in their office in Kyiv. This was reported by the channel’s editor-in-chief Volodymyr Mzhelsky on his Facebook page. The evacuation was to be conducted immediately after the news broadcast was over.

The previous times – in July 4, 15, 17, 19, and 21 – the channel broadcasting was suspended, its staff was evacuated, and the building was swept by the police, K-9 units and EOD specialists but no explosives were found.

On July 15, the Security Service of Ukraine detained in Kyiv a man suspected of leaving the message about the bomb on the TV channel.

On July 17, the TV channel ‘Inter’ received a similar message about a bomb, which turned out to be false.
