State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (SFS) does not consider it possible to provide information on income received and taxes paid by citizen Petro Poroshenko in 2004-2014 роках. This was response to user of website “Access to Truth” to his information request, as the online media outlet reports. The State Fiscal Service denied this information because it is "not readily available as a single document that could be provided", and thus the Service does not consider it "public information".
Lawyer of the institute of media law Vita Volodovska considers such understanding of "public information" term too narrow.
