Segodnya Multimedia holding integrated into Media Group Ukraine

"The integration of Segodnya Multimedia into the structure of the Media Group Ukraine is a logical phase of the merger of all media assets of the SCM Group. The structural synergy will allow all the assets to strengthen their market positions and as effectively as possible realize their goals," reads the report, citing Media Group Ukraine CEO Fedir Oharkov.

As of January 2013, the Segodnya Multimedia Holding incorporated the Segodnya newspaper, segodnya.ua news portal, Ipad magazine My Week-End, Vecherkom free newspaper, Segodnya Multimedia press studio, newspapers Priazovskiy Rabochiy, Donetskie Novosti, Vecherniy Donetsk, RIO and a newspaper printing plant in Vyshgorod (Kyiv region).
