Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs lied about ban of entrance to Ukraine for Dunya Miyatovich

OSCE representative for mass media freedom issues Dunya Miyatovich refutes the statement of official representative of the MFA of Russia Mariya Zakharova, who said at the briefing on February 18 that Ukraine refused to Miyatovich entrance to the country, Media Sapiens reports.

“I never was banned from entering Ukraine, and I never stated that I was”, Miyatovich posted in her Twitter.

The website of the MFA of RF still has the minutes of Zakharova's briefing, where the Ministry representative claims that Miyatovich was denied entrance visa to Ukraine. Ironically, Miyatovich recently spoke of propaganda in mass media being the "hideous scar" of modern journalism.
