Russian journalists deceived Jamala's parents in Crimea to get into her home

On May 20, Russian journalists deceived the parents of singer Jamala by introducing as some acquaintances of her relatives, and secretly recorded their conversation. The singer's mother reported this herself during the briefing before Jamala's concert in Lviv, Liga reports. Before, the singer mentioned that her parents refuse to talk to Russian journalists.
Ukrainian singer Jamala with her song “1944”, dedicated to deportation of the Crimean Tatar people, won at the song contest Eurovision in Stockholm.
