Russian court judged Censor.NET extremist website

19.11.2015, 20:32

Kirovskiy district court of the city of Volgograd, Russian Federation, judged that the Ukrainian online media outlet Censor.NET is an extremist website. Censor.NET’s editor-in-chief Yuriy Butusov reported this on Censor.NET.

According to his information, based on this resolution the Federal Service For Supervision Of Communications, Information Technology, And Mass Media banned access to this news website from the territory of Russia. The reason of this are publication of anecdotes and satirical articles about Vladimir Putin, and the news reporting that residents of Mariupol came to the Embassy of the Netherlands to express their condolences carrying slogans "Putin is murderer".
