Russia creates propaganda troops

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation established information operations force for counter-propaganda.
Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu informed about it during his speech in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, on Wednesday, Ukrainska Pravda reports, citing Russia's Interfax.

"The information operations forces are more effective, stronger," - said Shoygu, in response to the need on formation office engaged in counter-propaganda.

"Propaganda must be intelligent, competent and effective" - said Shoigu.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmytro Rogozin was the first who rose the issue of ciber command forces necessity in March 2012 .
At the same time, on Wednesday at the official website of Russian Foreign Ministry has opened a section where allegedly the Russian foreign office will expose fake news about Russia.
