Right radicals were obstructing journalist who came to visit Docudays discussion

On March 26 in Kyiv, about 20 aggressive representatives of radical right movements tried to disrupt the discussion at Docudays, and also were obstructing the journalist of the Center of Information on Human Rights, Mykola Myrnyi, Center of Information on Human Rights reports. The aggressive men came to gallery IZONE at 16.20 (8 Naberezhno-Luhova street), where the discussion “Human rights: the problem of expanding ultra-right movements in Ukraine” was scheduled for 17.00 According to Mykola Myrnyi, about 70 radicals blocked the entrance to the room. The right radical activists did not let him inside even when he showed his journalist ID. When Myrnyi started recording with his cell phone, someone from the crowd, and the phone fell to the ground. The organizers of the discussion went up to the 2nd floor, and called the police. Later, with the help of police, the entrance to the room was unblocked, and the opponents of the event went away, behind the fence of the gallery. The discussion started at 17.15. The police secured safety during the discussion and safe exit from the event.
