Rayon council of Zhytomyr does not answer journalists' requests because their accountant is on vacation

Bohunskyi rayon rada (council) of Zhytomyr oblast failed to provide the requested information about the salaries of its high officials to the editorial office of informational and analytical portal "Vholos.Zt" for almost a month already, as the website of the media outlet reports. The media outlet states that it requests this information from the self-government body for the second time already. The first information request on the salaries of the high officials of the council was sent to the agency's e-mail on August 28, 2017, the second request - on September 19. After the term stipulated by the law (5 days) was over, the journalists called the district council by phone. The officials claimed that they did not receive the request. The journalists sent the request again. They received an answer to the second request on September 25. However, the information was not provided, as the council's  accountant who is responsible for this was not available. The editorial office of “Vholos.Zt” points out that they sent similar requests to all rayon councils, but Bohunska rayon council was the only one that failed to provide this information.
