Professor from Lviv sues journalist who investigated her

An object of journalist investigation, professor of Lviv Ivan Franko University, Liudmila Luts, filed a claim to Shevchenkivskyi court of Lviv city against the editor of the advocacy and corruption-combating web portal “Pravkom”, Viktor Kornienko, and against the agency for regional information and analytics “Gal-info”.

Luts demands that the article by Viktor Kornienko "Lviv journalist receives threats from professor of law" were removed from the website “Gal-info”, and wants compensation from the author  in the amount of UAH 60,000 "for spreading invalid information". Also, as the media outlet claims, Luts filed the second claim to Sykhivskyi court of Lviv - against teacher Tetiana Zaiachuk, on whose request the journalist conducted his investigation.
