Mobile connection is gone in occupied Svatove (Luhansk oblast). This was reported by Facebook users under the post by the Luhansk Regional Military Administration head Serhiy Haidai about the Ukranian flag hung by unknown persons on a tower in Kuzemivka village, Svatove district.

According to IMI's source, illegal operator "Lugacom" is working in the city, but there is no mobile Internet. Wired Internet disappeared on September 11 for almost all clients. The source specified that some of those who are connected to the local BLC provider have Internet access. The provider has reconnected their networks to Luhansk following the city's occupation.

Meanwhile, Svatove occupation administration is "reassuring" people on their Telegram channel and insists: "The situation is under control, all services and state bodies are working as usual."
