Private guard threatened journalist at entrance to Kherson City Council

Sergei Nikitenko, civic journalists of MOST web-portal (Kherson) was threatened by a guard of a private firm, at the entrance to the Kherson City Council. The guard threatened the journalist with court, because he was accidentally caught on the photo, taken by the journalist. Nikitenko posted this information on his Facebook.
On January 24, 2013, MOST journalists came to the Kherson City Council to take photos of new expensive turnstiles at the entrance. However, a security guard tried to hamper the journalists to work, claiming that it violates his rights. He promised to sue the journalists in court, because he was present on their photos.
