Police of Dnipropetrovsk refused to open the criminal case proceeding based on a complaint of the journalist of “Aktsent” studio, Oleksander Slavnyi, who, along with his colleagues, was not admitted to the meeting of councilmembers on February 24 conducted in the oblast state administration. The police claims that journalists were never obstructed, and everyone could attend the press conference held after the closed meeting of the local coalition council.
Oleksander Slavnyi intends to appeal to the prosecutor's office on this resolution of the police.
