Originator of traffic accident, who collided with car of LB.ua photo reporter, tunred out to be official of Ukrzaliznytsia

The drunk driver, who had a front collision with the car of the LB.ua photo reporter, turned out to be the head of the cargo traffic department of “Ukrzaliznytsia” Ivan Fedorko. This was reported on July 4 by Anton Herashchenko, MP from ‘Narodny Fron’ faction and advisor to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Interfax-Ukraine reports.  

According to Herashchenko, the drunk driver first was flashing around his ID of the veteran organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but when officers of the new police explained to him that such IDs hold no more power, he escaped to avoid medical examination for the level of alcohol in his blood.

Herashchenko also pointed out that the investigation is underway.

Herashchenko said that this drunk driver is the head of the cargo traffic department of “Ukrzaliznytsia” Ivan Fedorko, who is a friend and close associate of the notorious head of the South-Western Railway Oleksiy Kryvoshypin, who was dismissed from the position last year due to numerous criminal cases against him.

Police is searching for Fedorko in relation to the traffic accident.
