One of Odesa Port Plant managers sue NewsOne channel for broadcasting interview with Saakashvili

First vice director of Odesa Port Plant (OPP) Mykola Shurykov filed court claim against the head of Odesa Oblast State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili and TV channel NewsOne, which broadcasted the program where Saakashvili accused the administration of the plant of corruption,  Media Sapiens reports.

TV channel NewsOne informs that it prepares official protest as they are not appropriate defender for this claim, as they just broadcasted what was being said by the official, which is the primary function of mass media.
